All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately, but variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and includeVAT 
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Delivery and Click & Collect

  • Online Orders: We deliver throughout [UK/region]. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.

  • Retail Collection: Items may be collected from our premises at Unit 3, 7-9 Cartersfield Road, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1JD by prior arrangement. Proof of purchase and ID may be required.

7. Returns and Refunds

Fabric and made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
For eligible returns:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items (e.g., cut fabrics and Fascias) cannot be canceled or returned unless faulty.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products you purchased from us.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, product names, logos, and text—is the property of Inspiring Your Home and may not be reproduced without permission.
