Returns Policy: Inspiring Confidence in Every Purchase

At Inspiring Your Home, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every choice you make. For this reason, we offer a sampling service to help you see and feel the quality and colour of our products before committing to a full purchase. We strongly encourage customers to use this service, especially when ordering fabrics or other cut-to-size items.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any fabric or product such as Capital Fascia that has been cut to your specifications. These items are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you're welcome to return unused and unopened items (excluding custom-cut products) within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unopened and undamaged in their original packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging — any such claims would need to be made with your chosen courier.

Returns must be tracked and you would need to provide us the tracking details.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed promptly.
