Shipping policy

Delivery cost for small items (under 1kg) is £4.50
Delivery cost for Fabrics and Capital Fascia is £12.50 - with Free Delivery for orders value over £100

We use trusted couriers and Royal Mail to deliver your order, depending on the size and weight of the items. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer. If something is out of stock, we’ll let you know and give you an estimated delivery time.

All items are packed carefully to arrive in good condition. If your order is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to process a replacement. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Most deliveries need a signature. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card. You’ll need to rearrange delivery directly with them. If they don’t hear from you within 5 working days, your order will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be at your own cost.

If you can’t check your parcel when it arrives, sign as "UNCHECKED." If the packaging looks damaged, sign as "DAMAGED." If you sign without noting this, you may be responsible for any issues found later.

Deliveries usually happen between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We can deliver to a workplace if needed.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been made or the first delivery attempt has taken place.
